There are 2 twin bedded rooms on the ground floor, bedroom 2 having its own private terrace and en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate cloakroom with a shower on the ground floor that is next to bedroom 3. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven & hob, a dishwasher, fridge freezer & microwave plus there is a separate laundry area with a Bosch washing machine. The living room is lovely and bright and has a large TV, DVD and Video (selection of films available), Playstation 2 (need to bring your own games) and English Cable TV. The dining area has a pine dining table and seating for 6 people.

This is a beautiful and peaceful location which can be fully appreciated from the open and covered terraces that the property has to offer. Many happy evenings can be spent eating outdoors and watching the glorious sunsets on the large, open naya. There is also a foldaway table tennis table on the naya.

The gardens are mainly terrace and there is a 10m x 4m swimming pool and also a Casita with barbeque facility and cloakroom.

This villa has the added benefit of air conditioning throughout and under floor heating. With its spacious accommodation it has everything you would need for your relaxing break in the glorious sunshine.

Javea is a family resort and has the Old Town which is full of history with its cobbled streets, the Arenal beach that has an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars, not to mention the "Blue Flag" beach that Javea has been awarded year after year. Then there is the Port and its harbour where you can watch the fishing boats come in, buy the freshest fish and eat and drink at the many bars and restaurants.
